HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

Pockit Full of Stones takes pride in educating our customers, so that you don't have to guess. When you purchase a any of our products, you will receive a complimentary booklet that has everything you need to know about how to clean your jewelry. WHERE CAN I FIND COUPON CODES?

Pockit Full of Stones does not offer coupon codes, however, we do offer all of our instagram followers a chance to bid on high-quality pieces up to 3 times per month. Follow us on Instagram to keep up with our monthly auction schedule.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY JEWELRY?

Most Pockit Full of Stones orders are processed and shipped in 2-4 business days. Please allow at least 10 business days from the time you purchase your products for your order to arrive. Click Shipping Information for more details regarding shipping rates, returns, and exchanges. If you live in the Metro you live in the Metro Atlanta area, you can take advantage of our free pick-up. Contact us for pick-up locations near you.

MY JEWELRY IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN.

Pockit Full of Stones does not accept returns, however, we do offer each of our customers a 6-month warranty for each product purchased. If your jewelry arrives damaged, or is damaged within the warranty period, we will repair it for you at no additional cost.**
